It will take Bayer at least 5 years to recover and to start to reinvest In Pharmaceutical. This is a dead company with marginal products. Do not come to Bayer.

If the pharma "mafia" look after each other, then why didn't they warn fellow company, Bayer, that it's a really Bad idea to buy a company that is (in my opinion) Criminal in its practices and products ?..
Monsanto was/is a disaster/debacle looking for a place to happen ..(looking for a sucker to rescue them) ...
I am still appalled that Bayer didn't do enough research into Monsanto to realize they had no business even Thinking about buying it..
Did the foolish decision to buy Monsanto make Bayer a laughing stock in the Big Pharma family ?
Was the decision to buy Monsanto put into a proxy vote for Bayer shareholders ?

the good news is that if we are reps for this company we sure can’t be any worse than those people being paid millions who are on the board. Maybe they should nominate 10 from the U.S. field to replace all of them. Just do a lottery.
