How is that any different than any other open position we have ever had lmao. My DM has literally hired people right out of college with zero work experience. Good lord how embarrassing . It’s like a starter job like a bank teller position now
The best part is at a POA where said college/little work history reps find themselves on a team that is killing the numbers and you hear about how great they're doing. This despite the fact that they can't pronounce the names of any of the competitors or follow a conversation with a physician beyond "I brought you donuts!" New is one thing. Clueless is another.
Too many times to count how many new reps come up to me at a POA and ask me how do I start a conversation with a doctor. Lol. What a joke And oh yea an, it’s awesome when a DM surrounds you with some college kids and then ask why YOUR numbers are down lmao. But DMs usually are only 2 years outta college themselves. Hmmmm idk Mr DM. So my numbers were good, then you hired some college kids and the numbers went down? Why do you think the numbers are down? And when numbers are good it’s cause of the team but when their down then their MY numbers ? This company is a joke
