    East Region resignations, record turnover, reps taking LTD everywhere you look. What a circus.

    I just don't get it. The problems are glaringly obvious, but the company does nothing. Meanwhile loyal reps are leaving in droves (or going in LTD and trying to find another gig).

    Taking out the trash? F You! I’m not with Sun but I know rep on medical leave who had a stroke. I’m sure rep’s family would like to punch you in the face and Sun for the hell this person has been subjected to that contributed to now being back in hospital. Harassing someone who is recovering from a stroke and upsetting their family is SICK and should be grounds for termination. Heads will soon roll as result. To one of the dumbf***s who is doing this and probably trolls on here, harassing from your own phone is not smart so better get an attorney. Come on Sun, get your people in line!

    Am I missing something here? Report what? We are on cafepharma Einstein. What did poster do except express being upset how friend, colleague?, and person’s family were being treated while they are going through tough time. If anyone is threatening anything it’s you. I hope the rep is ok and you should also. Don’t get your panties in a twist suck up!

    You have to admit, how much fun is it to watch the bad kids think that they're clever or getting away with something. I'm amazed on a daily basis. Bottom line, they're losers which is why they behave the way they do. Worthless.

    God forbid you have to have surgery or a medical emergency THAT YOU HAVE PROOF while working here. These people get put through the ringer instead of having support from company. Gossiping and innuendo bs is disgusting. Openly speaking about replacing them while they just had surgery?? Wtf is wrong with the RSMs?? Leave these people alone and shut your mouths!

    New hires are being offered much more than original hires on Ilumya team? Wtf? Please explain this Sun. Another reason people will continue to drop like flies here. What does this say to customers when they are on their 2nd or 3rd rep, rep has zero confidence in company, drug? Not good Sun. Treat your loyal been here since day one employees right. Several of us were recruited to leave but stayed.

    Real smart Sun, not. Offering candidates higher salary than Ilumya reps that have been here since Dec 2017-Jan 2018? Not a good morale move. More resignations coming and leadership’s attitude is “if they want to leave let them”?? How do you think it looks all these Iluyma folk leaving to providers? Some accounts are already on their 2nd and 3rd rep. Retain loyal people, talk one on one with sales reps, offer support not hostility.

    Good morale and loyalty has never been part of Sun’s credo. They are asshats when it comes to treating employees right.
