In order to weed out employees audits will happen. They are checking call accuracy vs time entered, miles recorded for accuracy, all tolls expensed vs times of calls entered in Veeva, all meals and will verify attendees and fake signatures etc. This always works because everyone makes this stuff up and nobody works anymore. Title of thread is untrue. They don;t bother doing audits. There's no point. All they have to say is they called an office or two that you entered in Veeva as being there. Whether you were or weren't is irrelevant. You can't disprove they contacted the office. Former manager told me they do it with the people they want rid of. It's unprovable.
i have been doing a bunch of casper ghost stuff to use the cash to play golf and basically bribe o I mean build relations with any way how I won’t get caught we all work tue and thurs 10-2 I been had b making 300 hr here for years with my hours worked My other job pays great too !!
Actually heard that too from an HR employee at a bar during a meeting. Being an at will employee like us doesn't take that much effort to get rid of.
