    Career limiting moves.

Sadly, CLMs aren’t made here, with this company’s culture.

I heard they sent a manager home before we got there. True?

Why did they get sent home? Not able to get the “We Are....SALIX” cheer down?

The only CLM is not having your resume updated or not looking for a better opportunity. This culture that is the brainchild of JC is toxic at best. He has managed by fear, fired too many good reps to count, and continues to chase shiny objects at every turn.

JC needs to update his resume. Depending on who replaces McKenna, he may be pushed out. It’s happened every time we change the top spot. The new prez will probably bring in their own team.

That is if he isn't the new prez... Hopefully J Pap can see through his BS.

Not hard to see through. His experience and the substance of his discussions are paper thin. A bunch of unfunny quips from stage, a splash of corporate speak and a whole lot of rah rah (we are Salix) but not a lot in the way of the science or real strategy. All sizzle.

Who’s JC? Lots of negative comments. Where is Mark going?

You must not work at Salix.

Captain obvious! Of course I am not. I’m just looking at other job opportunities and I jumped on this site. Mark sounds like someone people want to follow so I was interested in knowing where he is going so I can also look at that company. I’m simply doing my research.

New prez? Are you kidding? Guy acts like a juvenile frat boy at meetings. Not a good leader and definitely not someone you would want representing Salix in front of the investment community.

What do you expect from a VP of Sales who has NEVER carried a bag as a drug rep. He couldn’t be more removed from what his own employees do.
