Humans are flawed. Can not expect all to be angels. Especially when $$ is involved.

 

so justifying kickbacks by saying humans are flawed? interesting. wonder if the OIG would agree to that defense.

 

Fix your sign. Hiding your “PSC” from the public won’t make the kickback scheme go away. Your 2 referring physicians own the building through Larnillo LLC. And the staff talks. Highly illegal.

 

I thought our attorneys were doing away with all of the office leases...or is that just on the left coast?

Yeah like LabCorp and Quest dont have 100s of provider landlord for their PSCs.

 

Sham leases have been around for years.We have been a corrupt lab for 20 years but now we are trying to clean the mess up to make attractive to Quest or Labcorp. Do you understand?

 

Difference is we are paying above market value for the lease. And don't worry, i sell without PSC leases unlike NY/NJ reps!

 

IF LabCorp and Quest get caught doing something and the DOJ drops $100 million settlement they will be fine. GenPath cannot absorb that. We would crumble under something like that. Drop the leases and let's all move along before someone looks in our closet.
