Absolutely nobody cares about pharma rep bonuses outside of pharma reps. Nobody gives a damn!! Nobody!!

There won’t be a word of any of this in the press. You’ll only find it here.

Tons more like this, but they will never learn and keep costing themselves millions. We throw in the IC change mid-year for blowing it out, Pinnacle, damages, ICD10 fraud. This is an easy one, case law below has been established and 39 of us cannot be wrong, we will win and we will win big on this one. These companies need to learn to do the right thing and do what is promised, not constantly change the game because we blow it out in sales and then blame it on bad forecasting or skim ICD10 codes that are not accurate by over 50% anyway. Array, we hope you mess with our Q4 bonuses again so we can win an easy one, this case will be so much easier than the Sanofi one below, plus we have so much evidence and we are 39 strong who will not put up with any more injustices, oh yeah, we have the same lawyers too. Get ready for justice everyone, we got this layup no problem.

In August 2012, Sanofi launched Zaltrap. The forecast was blown out by the sales force. The bonus plan was touted as UNCAPPED over and over again by senior mgmt. The sales force asked over and over again for assurances that it was uncapped, and were told by Paul Hawthorne et al. that it was, and would be paid in full. Then in April 2013, literally at 4pm the night before the funds were supposed to be deposited into our accounts, they informed us that the bonus would be paid at only 44% of what was due. Great form by the French!

Fast forward, I got a check today for about 1/2 of what was owed to me. This was due to Sanofi settling a class action suit filed by Lisa Overton. Thank you Lisa! Sanofi, you suck. You fucked us. You acted decietfully and illegally. Ultimately, the funds just got tranferred to lawyers on each side. You got negative PR and after legal fees, court costs and the payout, probably spent more money.

Wouldn't have just been easier to do the right thing and honor your word and pay your people the promised bonus in 2013? Shame on you.

I wish you luck, but what is the importance of a measly bonus check, when you walked away with millions from the buyout?

it wasn't millions for the reps who are about to get screwed over on Tuesday. That was just the upper management who got millions (and they got their options grossed up). Most reps are finally hitting the sweet spot of the bonus plan in Q4. Would you care if you lost $100k?

Let me help you guys and make this really clear, there are only 2 points you need to make to your representation.

    1. If indeed the company made any IC mistakes, it’s their fault or their consulting companies fault and they are liable for their own negligence. You cannot be penalized for their mistakes and they cannot retro your bonuses and try to take back your money for their inaccuracies, your mistake yes, their mistake no. Not ethical or allowed in a workplace.

    2. If they are only targeting the sales force and not the home office bonuses at all. It’s called targeting. For example, if you get your bonuses cut by 50%, they have to cut everyone’s bonuses by 50% if it is any way based on sales performance. My understanding is the home office and corporate bonuses will be paid at a highly inflated rate and plan to erase yours? That’s another no-no.

    Good luck you guys,

Just a little tip from another friendly neighborhood sales advocate.

IF the above quote is true, and IF you have evidence in writing, and IF “the company” did not include a clause for compensation correction or mis-projection safety, and IF the potential payout would interest an attorney...you MIGHT have a case. Only IF anyone really cares...which I doubt. Remember these points, 33% to attorneys, potential career restrictions , cost of looking for a new position and...

Game on after the call that we all predicted!

Let's see what unethical craziness from the reality show known as Array's home office comes out during the fallout from this fiasco. People can't be bullied about losing their stock options anymore...

Can’t make this stuff up. Hilarious when overly stated 10 times on the call, “Pfizer has nothing to do with this”.

Meanwhile all of Pfizer and their lawyers ghost riding on the line to shut the crazy down. Well played Pfizer and thank you.

You shut that crazy down hard and they didn’t want any of that madness.
