everyone knows that Oncology is a dead end therapeutic area. Look for something else, please.

The recruiter says the NSD is Matt P. I have heard a lot of negatives about him. Can anyone shed some light?

Thank you for the responses to my questions. Based on feedback I received from others and what was said on the thread, I decided not to apply for this position. I think it’s best to avoid crazy when possible but it seems to go on at a lot of companies.

You are a fat Poopy head. One person scares you away from a great opportunity.? We Don’t want you then because we are smart and you aren’t.

Seems like they are hiring all the rejects from dedreon. Great, another failed division. Hey idiots why not hire current strong preforming reps instead of going outside and getting lying rejects, some who have only worked in oncology for several months........

Hey you can pass all you want. I actually know these people and have worked for or been trained by them and would sign up with them all day. Please pass and let the rest of us get rolling.

How many samples do you drop off a day? Gotcha! We don’t drop samples. But I bet you bring pizza and shoes

Had a phone screen last week with them for new "urologic" drug...oncology. Received a flush letter yesterday...ha ! I have many successful years in industry...believe I dodged a bullet from what I've read about NSP !

I have no idea what a flush letter is but consider yourself lucky. The product may never get approved and the people in that division are complete a-holes

Sorry you didn’t get the position

Why do you consider Oncology to be a dead end area? I'm considering applying (a recruiter reached out to me), but would appreciate your insight.

If you have no oncology and more importantly urology experience in the office setting..don’t bother. Recruiters are just trying to justify their jobs with phone screens. Plus, everything is on hold and leadership is being told they have to interview for their jobs. Stay away and look elsewhere

That is true. Blackstone venture capital has come in so will new leadership. Current management is out as of this week. Used and abused. SO sucked and PN has zero integrity. Good riddance

Is Scoular involved with the Oncology? If so it will fail epicly and the blame will get passed on. Ferring has no understanding of how the Oncology market works, and management, driven by Scoular, did not want Firmagon reps ever calling on Oncologists. If they don’t trust you to have strong clinical conversations with real data, or give you the ability to discuss reimbursement issues, clinical trials, competition and contracting, then you are DOA
