No, most reps don’t make bonus. Sun pays the top 10% about 200% of target. The 11-30% make 100% target. If you are in the 31-60% you should expect 50%ish. Below 60% it won’t pay your Con Ed bill. This is across all franchises. Sun philosophy on paying sales is simple; get the people to sell & don’t pay them by changing the structure of the bonus during and after the period. If you are considering this place know they have zero integrity and it is a backstabbing culture. Everyone in every franchise is looking. I’ve never seen anything like it in my life.

Wow! So is it not goal based? Only based on where you rank on what bonus you get?

It’s absolutely goal based for Acne/Steroids (Med Derm). Goal setting is a massive part of where the real issue lies. I’m not sure if the person above was talking on specialty derm’s bonus or med derm’s bonus. On Med Derm’s last report, only 4 reps out of 66 were at or over 100% to goal for Absorica, 12 reps out of 66 at 100% for Halog, and a whopping 1 rep out of 66 over 100% for Ultravate.

So basically there is no bonus.

So why would someone work there? How do you sell and know you won’t get bonus for selling it? I don’t get it.

People need to get out now and get to another job. Especially on the Absorica team. Andy N has failed in leading and there will be no more jobs shortly. Halog and Ultravate are dead and not coming back. So all you have is a severely declining Absorica that he cannot fix and a strategy for a new potency that is the worst pharma has ever seen. Layoffs and realignment coming. Current sales aren't turning a profit. And we should all be motivated to get out now. 90% of us don't even get a bonus! Horrible place to be.

Very insightful. Do you think the NSM was pushing back because there might be layoffs?

How could Levulan regain the lost market share? I see no strategy here.

    1. Agreed, there’s been NO strategy in years
    2. Any gains, if they’re valid, are the result of Biofrontera’s mistakes, not our ‘strategy’

What does he do now that there are no derm meetings to run around to this winter ?
