who is happy with their new territory? Mine is so large now-takes 4 hours one way to reach some parts of it. Do not know how long I can keep up this travel and crazy R and F demands, Veeva suggestions, etc. Any thoughts....?

Yep, just play their silly game. Just get at least one sacred sample sig each day and you’re golden. Our days are numbered. Take this job for what it’s worth while you can.

T3 has even bigger territories. No budgets released but managers saying to do overnights on $1400 a month along with 2 lunches a week. What a dysfunctional family they are. Even better is the requirement to do programs and then giving the district a $3000 budget in total. Do linked in they say. Like those are effective, NOT! Make 10 calls a day but windshield time doesn’t count toward work hours. Oh half the territory is no see docs? That’s your job to get in there! Never made so many lit drop calls in my career. MADNESS!!!!

You're going to work your way out of a job. Make them think everything impossible they demand is possible. Get it?

Time to go. Eucrisa revenue doesn’t even begin to cover our promotional costs. Chantix has a short timeline, cologuard, do we need 4 reps calling on the same office with it? Then there is the uncertainty around Tanezumab. Wonder how much it’s going to cost to buy approval? Then getting insurers to pay for it.

I have to dwive a wong ways.... wahaha...look into CRS program to make money on your miles, and maybe get hooked up with a wide load company as a pilot car for extra cash. Make lemonade out of lemons and just spend your budget. When you run out stay local

When you have nothing to sell, and very few to sell to, what do you expect? We’re lucky we have a job.
Just keep saying yes to everything and do what you need to do to make the metrics look good. Just keep treading water.
All the managers are doing the same.....I know because I’m one of them.
