"Project based" openings

    There are postings for "project based" sales with ES. Says :

    This assignment may last through December 2019. Actual end date to be based on business need and Currently certified and have actively sold Cologuard within the last 12 months

    What is this all about?

    Corporates desperate efforts to squeeze every last kit where the business is already established, and where they already have too many Reps., and providers are complaining about it. They are barking up the wrong tree with regards to where the business really lies. Untapped markets and systems. Not overworked areas. There’s NOTHING left. Wake Up. Such an easy thing to do: ask the field force..... get managers involved in these decisions. Five years in and still clueless

    Slow down, Trigger. We have a 4% market share. Nowhere is “overworked” and nowhere is even close to meeting its full potential. Just welcome the help.

    Not true at all. There are many areas that have nothing left to go after because the pull through was accomplished long ago. I think what the first poster meant, was to utilize the new “man” power coming in wisely. Areas with low volume and low goals. Not saturated areas with Little to NO opportunities. Your not going to get everyone, for a variety of reasons. Go after the untapped systems and areas that have not been worked much, or don’t do well(like they rarely hit goal). Thats how you move market share. Not calling on the same Dr.s once a week that are already sold. Many of the issues could easily be solved if leadership would just ask the questions, and stop assuming, or looking at a spread sheets. No one knows what’s going on in the field better than the people that are in it, all day every day.
