For many $170 will be a big salary raise not for me. its not too exciting a sell, a peanut protein in a capsule is really all you're promoting and its not even close to a cure. I just don't see people committing to treatment that helps a little, and you wont know for sure who exactly gets the most benefit. Stock is 20 bucks a share, not killing it market wise, so the street doesn't see a high growth company, and pipeline is weak so not seeing a buyout opportunity. 8000 options aren't bad but they're not RSUs and you can be under water with all of them if launch isn't a home run.

Fools working here. Looking for a quick flip. We’ll see if it works. Remember that the peanut protein does not inoculate a patient from any further allergic reaction to peanuts, it merely allows them an accidental exposure of up to two peanuts. They’ll have to see if MDs, payers and patients will pay the high price. They will be on par with a yearly cost of $50k to $85k.

what background/ experience do they want? Pediatrics? Or allergy? Just curious if I’d stand a chance

What the hell happened?! Crickets. They will lose a lot of great people for lack of communication.

Any background, just not an "average rep", savvy professional that has probably sold in a variety of Pharma settings. Someone who thinks and can lead an office to embrace a new therapy, not wait for them to fall in line. Gotta be a go getter with experience impacting clinical operations, selling and reimbursement.

GOOD LUCK! Bring your best in the interview!

You are WAY over selling the qualifications for this job. This position is one step above a primary care job. This isn't cutting edge science, docs have been tolerizing patients with peanut powder for years. Can you read a script? You're hired.

Wow, a common sense post. I understood the 800K to be RSU when talking to the manager. $170K would be a big pay cut for me. I think IF they are approved, they will be OK. However, they are going to need to give substantial RSU in the future to retain people. Sales people have a tough time with annual variable comp, so there would need to be some type of contest compensation to keep people motivated. I do like what the company is trying to do conceptually.

What a joke of a recruitment! I can't tell you how many qualified people I know that have applied and never even got a call. Morons.
