Sales (Leadership) is led by the blind man who has no idea how to lead and was so wrong about the expansion and timing of that exercise. I wonder when his bonus comes from Zoetis. I bet it's bigger than you can imagine. I hear he would get a check from their sales team if he just applied. He has done them a service and our sales team a disservice. Another spiff Steve than no one can make? Nobody is listening anymore. You're simply not what we need and it's about time to say goodbye.

Why are sales people running reports and doing things that could and should be done higher up? Simply absurd. "Nothing changes for the customer" is just one more sign of no respect for the relationships you have destroyed overnight. Can you map that one? Maybe a consultancy group can put that into a spreadsheet.
Oh and let's not even discuss the mayhem that is distribution.
