Plan is branded products Taro is going down by April 1. Taro brands will move over to SUN medical along with Absorica and Ximino. Taro reps are gone or need to compete with SUN medical reps. All will have to interview, managers and TMs. Compete or go.

They will change the water filters when they change the HVAC filters. There is an inch of dust on my desk, and I just cleaned it last week. My lungs are worse than those of an 80 year old smoker. And the H1Bs are using the microwaves to cook fish and curry and smelling up the entire building. Look on the bright side, Taro seems to be doing better than Sun even when the office smells like rotting corpses from the Gange River.

TARO is majority owned (roughly 70% of outstanding shares and 81% voting control due to founder shares) by Sun Pharma and according to Israeli corporate laws, Sun Pharma cannot buy back shares above a 90% threshold in which case the buyer would then have to make a bid for the rest of the shares.

I would be shocked if it went thru

why? SUN will very soon need Taro cash to settle the litigations.

I would not be surprised if there is a tender offer to buy out the shares of Taro. If it happens it will be better for us. Atlest there will be no sham of two independent companies!

Looks like it is about to happen... Too much going around.

DS visited NewJersey recently. Wonder why. With the Ilumnya disaster, price fixing they really need to keep their analyst happy in Mumbai. Showing 2 billion cash will be one easy way to make that happen.

    Buyout?

Great. Give me $125,999.99 cash, 72 months Cobra for the family, a new car for my daughter, and the remaining 3 years of my sons college tuition. Thanks.
