I’m loving all of the posts related to the “Fall”. I have only been here a few months and I’m hoping to turn in my resignation at the end of September once my guarantee runs out . I’ve never worked for a more corrupt company than I do now. It’s honestly the worst culture I have ever witnessed. What is so funny is that yesterday one of the AVP’s (who is like a wanna be sorority girl who must have been cut from everything and has a huge chip on her shoulder )sent out an email talking about the great culture who helps people become leaders. I’ve asked my manager for the criteria for promotions and no one knows. I work with a guy who should have been promoted. Instead, this girl on our team who hasn’t done got promoted instead. It’s so sad. The Head of HR doesn’t even have a degree related. I would run from this crazy place.
I think it will be bleak Q4! Are you talking about Jokelyn?? Glad you are leaving and used them like they use everyone. I am hearing they are having some HR issues and some heads will rolling soon. The Exec staff are meeting in SF with HR this week to handle several fires which 2 of the EVPs are responsible for starting... poo some pop corn this should be fun!
