We haven't received any information on Q2 goals. So few are hitting goal so this increase seems high. I don't think they know how to realistically set a goal. The turnover should be embarrassing for leadership.
Set goals, everyone in any leadership position is either a cast off from another company or completely incompetent.. Have you looked at the stock prize, how many of you invested money and lost at least 3/4 to 1/2 of the purchase prize. You are not getting that back, there will be no oncology division. They should be ashamed at the lies they told. However they will get that promised payout when the company is bought or closes. Wonder if they can sleep at night knowing we all joined for the "patient"...how laughable that is now. They care nothing about the patient, they care nothing about the employee's, they are greedy individuals. My only comfort is life is a circle and karma is a bitch.

This shit hole is about 2-3 quarters from bankruptcy. That is why the goals are high and payout is low. Do your homework.
Let's hope someone wants to buy the oncology molecules. Then we might get a decent buy out with time to find a new job...oh wait we are all looking for jobs now. I am glad I have a second source of income for my family. So many promises broken by senior leadership, only source of comfort is that when this company fails and it will, those individuals will be held accountable by the board.
So 2nd quarter everybody...how did that go. All I know is providers have less and less time or interest in this product Amgen is moving forward and we are just treading water. I was optimistic a few months ago but now I am spending a large part of time looking and researching other companies.
I am excited to share with you all that I received the largest bonus for 2nd quarter that I have every received here. So motivated for the rest of the year. I feel the company has reached a good point in their lifecycle and look forward to my future here. Let's keep this momentum going.
