With 250 people in the US A-V unit making Gilead $3.6 bil, you'd think we'd get more than a &*^%'ing $99 Apple tv and cheap champagne to celebrate lining the pockets of upper mgmt!
Considering the $250 million the CV division turned and close to 3/4 billion next year and the year after it will be 1 billion, try and not make it too obvious that you're a clown. See you in Hawaii, or wait you won't be there you beeyotch!
What? Pretty much the worst sales meeting of all time. So depressing, no hype, demorlaizing. As a sales force we have to be one of the most unappreciated ones. Albeit we do have a job. No free time, no motivation, the first thing I want to do is leave and join one of my many, many peops who have recently departed for a company that appreciates me lining their pocket as I get a 2% raise come March! And how about those promotions. Pretty thin. Looks like the big boys don't want to pay for perfrormance unless their arm is twisted. Lots of new faces - well not in HIV as usual. Very sad to once a very good company.
the cardio mgmt folks stay so busy firing and hiring - they forget they need people to sell!!! but at least they look busy.
Your mother and father are first!! BTW, we will stop once your entire sales force is profitable!!! LMFAO
Apple TV - maybe not the best choice for reps that supposed to be in the field selling ... just a thought!!!
- well not in HIV as usual. Very sad to once a very good company.[/QUOTE] Of course HIV does not change, we have the best jobs in the company. Shit, I work 2 days per week! Why would I want to leave this gig? The drugs sell themselves, I do nothing it fucking great!!!!
Here we go again, the gay bashing and love the comments of how they don't work?? Why don't you go back to the PAH/CV group that keeps costing us $$$$$
in the old days we would find a suite, empty our liquor fridges, party till 3am, RD's reps everyone, so much fun
Glory Days! Those meetings in the early 2000's were the best. We were all wealthy thx to options and were having a blast. Left Gilead in 2012 and thx to Gilead I have been retired for 7 years.
