If IM KAMS have been working cardiology IDN’s/COE’s for the last 5 plus years with Eliquis & Chantix, why are they having to ask the CAS team for so much information on these accounts?

How could they not know the Heart Failure treaters & KOLs after 5 plus years of being in Cardiology?

Obviously they haven’t worked in five years. This is where Pfizer dumped all the clueless dolts.

Only the brightest of the brightest make it to KAM. First pad the salary as a DBM, then move into the ether as a KAM - no expense reports to sign, no inventories to manage, no Field Contact Reports to fake, no crazy reps to baby sit and explain why they got rejected for the 88th time for a promotion, no, no, no. Its the best place to hide for years.

I'd bet few would even have their accounts mapped-pretty sure that's a basic thing for account management

They were weak ineffective managers. Mapping accounts? They have no clue what you’re saying.

CAS reps are doing IM KAM work. Get out in tbe field and make some calls instead of riding on the backs of the reps

    OMG. This is so true

The KAMs should be required to document how they obtained the information.

Name 1 KAM who has openly shared with senior leadership how they obtained the information? It will never happen because legally they are not supposed to be obtaining that info from sales. LMFAO

I saw my KAM today. Making the turn. We both pretended not to see each other. I did birdie 14 and 17 so it was a pretty good morning. Not sure what he shot.

KAMS try to get into any and all pfe product offices. Value is subjective

This aged well, I see. Not one single KAM did anything except beg reps for appointments. Now what are they going to do? If they can't see this is the biggest waste of money the company has they are fucking blind.

This needs to be asked? I am willing to bet good money that my KAM would freak out if someone ever did a surprise field ride and demanded to see two customers in any three day period.
