Vision Data is being manipulated by TO. Look at your territory level and you will notice constant inconsistencies. Data vendors are blamed, but they aren’t the issue simply an easy scape goat...

Issue brought up to TO are blown off. The simply reality is no one cares about your data issues. Mainly because TO has created the issues.

This is all in a effort to balance payouts.

This is def not new to our territory. Someone else in our district was getting for our top "Account" in units and will literally prob win an award as a result. Someone brought it up as early as last Summer but it took actually sending a documented email to the manager to get her to actually request it be corrected. She doesn't care bc she's getting credit anyway. God.... this company.

you idiots are paranoids. Everything is on the up and up. So ridiculous to even suggest it wouldn’t be. Do you know the risks associated with manipulating sales data? They are numerous - lawsuits, destruction of reputation as an employers , and more lawsuits. Take a chill. You haven’t any clue about issues with data suppliers and issues having nothing to do with Amgen. Grow the hell up.

Sounds like this triggered a button MR or Mrs Home Office/HR.

    1) Reputation? You mean the reputation of fucking up vision on a regular basis. The reputation of there always being some random error and we”ll get you numbers next week. Or all of a sudden “finding” a payer that was missing? O and btw we can’t tell you the payer but it’s now back in you data set.

    2) The numbers you see are the numbers they want you to see.

This is clearly a home office or sales op employee.

Here is the reality the data first off that you see
In vision is a projection so there will be some instability. However the level of instability over the last year isn’t a byproduct of projection rather more of an instability of vendor data. Now here is the rub TO knows they have a shit vendor, knows there is data issues, knows there is physician level data issues and most importantly PBM issues. PBM issues have caused territory’s to lose an bonus potential and is a driver for demotivating the reps. Even with extensive proof of data issues hardship bonuses are dolled out.

They are complacent and have accepted this issues. Which makes them liable for the fall out, loses and I would argue have lost trust with the sales force and lost trust along time ago.

As for data manipulation it occurs and it’s smack dab in your face. It’s just been given a fancy title “normalized SGA”. Normalized SGA is at its come simply data manipulation, and was introduce as a safe guard and fail safe to protect the bottom line. You don’t need a degree in applied mathematics from Cambridge to figure that out.

So to the person that is so angry about this post and is point out lawsuits and loss of faith in the company. I ask you to truly reflect even if your are at a high level and think is what going on really right?
