New IC plan

Just wait until ya’ll see the new IC plan it’s all about cutting cost.

 

Is that a surprise? They change the parameters every quarter. Then if the nation is above 110% they take money away. The same people win PC over and over which means that the goaling process is a joke. People win PC in regions where they aren't even in the top 50% of the nation. It's screwed up as it is so how can it get any worse?
