Budget cut? Really?

    Avanir’s management team said they had to cut budget but put $300K in their budget for recruiters to fill the Chief Medical Officer position. Lisa Locklear used $500K on PWC to do her work and went on vacations after vacations. Sophie G canceled a meeting the last minutes and wasted more than $60K in cancellation fee. This was not the first time she canceled her meetings. She has no idea what she is doing. It’s a big joke that they prevent people from being promoted by saying they have no budget and waste money everyday.

    Very little money for Breakfasts and Lunches, told to cancel existing appointments.

    No money for Speaker Programs

    But we are told to grow, grow, grow

    why are we having all these POA meetings all around the country,
    Hotels and flights , the cost of this
    total must be astronomical,
    all for a few new pages to the ICVA
    All the info is the same as it’s been for the last 5 years, if anything spend money to get better managed-care coverage and no PAs

    There is no one knowledge enough or ethical enough to keep management from changing data, deleting documents, and changing internal policies to allow company to look honest,

    The answer is to buy more cappuccino machines, renovate the second floor, add exercise rooms, hire more VP’s, Usually spending more money to make all those overhead people in corporate comfortable equals better sales results. #NOT

    I was involved in this meeting, this is so out of context and a plain lie. Some people are miserable.

    Wow... It seems like you know how much they spend to find a CMO (which we don’t have) and how much each employee is spending in trips and cancelling meetings, maybe you should be the one reforecasting since 302 was negative and see if you can do a better job!

    If you read the budget, you will see how much money is wasted by this management. There is a reason for a mass exodus from Avanir. They have been looking for the CMO, that’s why they put a $300K recruiting fee for this position. There are many ridiculous items on the budget which could be spent more wisely. I am on my way out, too busy looking for a new job, than helping a sinking ship to prepare a better forecast. Even if I want to, do you think this unethical management team and the corrupted HR let me? Farewell!
