I am currently interviewing for a sales position in the northeast. The products are FOLOTYN and BELEODAQ for PTCL.

I am looking for good constructive feedback on the company, products and leadership.

We are going through many changes right now. Its hard to say how the leadership will perform because its still new and unproven. Managers here tend to be very micro.

At this time, it might be better to sty where you are. This position is best suited for someone with little experience in oncology. If you have a lot of experience and solid relationships you will definitely not be happy here. They say they are not micro but if you have ever worked for an Indian-led company you already know they are very micro.

Well, the North East is the gold mine for Folotyn/Beleodaq. Can't go wrong with that territory and those products. Just hired a new MSL in that territory.

But this place is going to be in constant flux for quite a while, and that's a big turnoff for new hires.

Stay away, don’t do it and keep looking at other organizations. You have officially been warned.

I sold FOLOTYN in the Northeast in PA. If you already have a job stay. Spectrum was ok to work for, but the new organization at Acrotech does not value representatives that work in the field. I was often told we did not work hard enough, we were lazy, spoiled and overpaid for what we do. They don't understand how hard we have to work in the more remote areas in order to get enough patients to meet our goals. Good luck and make sure you keep asking around.

The above statement is NOT accurate. Spectrum was not much better and most would agree. The people who said the lazy comments were removed from the sr. Sales Leadership positions as they should because they were both worthless. However, unless you need to feed your family and buy some time I would highly encourage you to stay away.

Everyone company board on this website says management sucks and no one should join the company. We of course know this isn't true. While some places are better than others, this place probably won't kill you.

You need to be objective in your willingness to move one. Factor in base pay, incentive compensation, other bonuses (if available) stock options/RTUs (don't get those at Acrotech), vacation, other comp days such as Christmas break, health benefits, territory size, expectations for time in the field, and so one. It's not rocket science, but it's never easy to make a move unless where you are at is literally dragging you down.

Keep in mind that Acrotech is still riding the coat tails of Spectrum sales. Eventually we'll get new products, and ideally over the next few years acquire some meaningful R&D assets leading to signifiant sales growth upon approval, and probably an eventual IPO. Of course this is about the same story for any small biotech/pharma company and there are huge risks, but also huge upside.

I don't know where this place will be in 2-3 years, or even 6-months. But I'm still working hard to make things better. If we share the same goals we can achieve success.

It’s not worth the risk. Don’t do it. There are better companies out there worth taking the risk. This is not one of them. Everyone is looking to get out including leadership. Resumes are flying out daily. Ultimately this your decision. Good luck

The industry is small. Ask why did our VP of sales left as well as many other key individuals. We are not being negative but are stating the obvious.

Im concerned. I have dedicated the last year of my sales life thru this transition. The V.P. of Sales leaving has not helped my confidence. Field leadership is also concerned, I was told by my RSD that he is hoping for a package or early retirement and does not feel that Acrotech is willing to increase or keep up with industry standards. This has the potential to be a dumpster fire.

If you look at it historically just look at Aurobindo's track record. Lack of good culture, less pay for more work and financial micromanagers.
