Targeting Medicare-Medicaid business

    I know it’s unethical but is it illegal?

    Can you share a little more information about what is being done? For example how the business is being targeted, why, what type of product, etc.

    Product is ridiculously expensive. No coverage except Medicare/Medicaid. Targeting Medicare/Medicaid docs only to get any business. Also going into nursing homes where 90% plus of patients are dual eligible.
