What are your thoughts on president club rankings for diabetes TBS where the overlays are added in and not using their Q1 results, therefore pushing people down in the rankings causing a possible lower rating. The alternatives that BI has not explored are to A) put these folks in their own rankings so that people with 6 months of numbers are compared to folks with 6 months of numbers B) use their Q1 numbers in their rankings since they actually worked in Q1 or C) left them where they were and compared them to the overlays that are still in place. Do you think BI has open themselves to a class action suit based on this?

First of all, PC is never fair! Secondly, you signed an agreement you can't sue only arbitrate. Even if you could sue, only lawyers make money in class action settlements. You may get a participation trophy if you're a good boy and whine enough.

This also happened in the Respiratory side of things. Wiped us out like we werent even a part if the company. I had this discussion with my manager and was told there was nothing that could be done, my rankings went from the top to the bottom 10%. I will join your class action lawsuit...COUNT ME IN!!! Total BS!

Let me help you out. That Agreement ain't worth the paper that it's written on. That's what Lawyers are for. Same w/ a contract you might have signed. If everything was Iron Clad there would be NO reason for Attys. You show me a contract and I'll show you a piece of paper that an Atty can get you out of. Never be afraid of a contract or an agreement if you believe it wasn't written fairly or w/ malice intent.

    You are all nuts!!!
Bonus is just that...a bonus. There is no legal requirement for a company to pay any bonus at all. It's always a bit of a crap shoot, and you would never win in court, because believe me, they can defend their calculations. I know this industry can make us all a little nuts and soft in the head, but there are people in the world dealing with real issues. If you wait a while your bonus will circle back and hit you in the backside again and someone else will be complaining because they think you got theirs.

Hey Numb Nuts, this has nothing to do with bonus, it has to do with Presidents Club rankings for quarter 1 being take off and given no credit for q1 which dropped everyone (those effected by territory change) significantly in Pclub rankings.

Pclub ranking effects your year end review and raise therefore many will be receiving a Do not meets when in reality it should be an exceeds or a meets.

Tell your mom too. She may be able to call someone in charge and get you a participation prize. I bet you have the "I'd like to speak to the manager" haircut.

First of all, the plan documents are changed every quarter and you now have to sign off on them agreeing to the terms or you aren't eligible. Second, this is the argument brought up by one southerner whom shall remain nameless because she knows who she is. Always complaining about what other people get. If you don't like it, leave. That's the bottom line. Each company out there has some weird thing to their IC plan. Look at the south districts. They have reps that win PC and aren't even in the top 50% of the company and everyone congratulates them like they did something great. PC should be nationally ranked since goals are computed based on your own previous sales so you compete against yourself. That is how it is going to be next year so then more complaining will commence.

First of all for Q1 we didnt have to agree to the terns or not get a bonus, that just started this quarter. Secondly, the overlays worked Q1 so why dont they deserve credit for their work they did in Q1, so BI changed up their geographies but they still worked and deserve the credit for Pclub rankings.

Control what you can control folks. It's all part of the growth mindset. Lets not forget Brene Brown and learn from your failures/mistakes. How will you grow? I am so vulnerable. I just wish we could sell Twynsta again.
