Total lack of leadership

    I am not sure I agree about GG. I would look to certain region and district management for gross incompetence. Many of us cannot believe the company condones a continuous large loss of business plus massive manpower turnover due to a condescending, hostile, and unethical district and region manager. I am surprised these people are still employed after all of the employee and external client complaints. And no one from HR or senior management ever questions the reps for their side of the story. Very, very sad.

    If there is a big mess within the sales management ranks, isn't GG the one most responsible for cleaning it up?

    Forget management, this has to be the most inept sales team I have ever met. Losing share, unprofessional and unaware of whats going on around them.Even Abbott reps laugh at us.

    I don't agree with your comments, Abbott is not laughing at us....I believe we are the no. 1 infant formula in the country. The big problem is changing the minds of HCP's. Abbott started it with the Motherhood of something..but great add. I heard empowering women is the way to go, but we need to put our money where our "bottles" are. There are women who are begging for permission to feed their baby how they feel is best which includes formula. Will our company finally be a true leader and put the science behind all the research and be a leader that it's OK to formula feed. So done with tap dancing....now is the time to lead.

    ARE YOU HIGH? We are number one in share but we give most of it back to WIC. Wake up and smell the DHA.

    Is this thread title ever right. The so called leadership teams are running around and constantly talking to each other to figure out if they have jobs. No real leadership here.

    RB if you see this clean house starting at the top and through the directors.

    RB will be cutting upper management and certainly hope they look at the RMs that have had such a high turnover of tenured reps. They are no doubt the cause of the mass exodus. Poor leadership and lack of interest in helping to build a strong sales force.

    Leadership please STOP with these POA Meetings. They are unnecessary and complete waste of valuable resources that we can allocate towards growing the business!

    CH is a horrible leader! He sucked someone ass to get hired. TN left her rep role because of him! So many other reps did the same. Time to watch managers leave now! Welcome to the SE circus with a donkey as a leader!
