By far the worse sales leadership in the history of medical sales, they show favoritism and pick their Pclub winners on subjective criteria. Let’s praise a fired recently promoted RSD who violated HIPAA while making your current TMs apply to for a promotion. If DV and JS like you then you can get away with anything! All is this will catch up with this company soon. The new marketing EVP is self absorbed and unaware how disliked he and his dream team is in the field. Paying your CX team the same amount you pay your RSDs is a problem especially when they come in and are useless and upset our customers. Can’t wait to leave and go to the competition and take my customers with me. In the meantime I am enjoying the summer. The stock will continue to tank. Good luck bozos!

Yes to everything above. The girl you are referring to was the rep
Of the year- however you could have heard a pin drop in the audience bc she didn’t lead all year and was on maternity leave most of it also. . And then the rookie of the year never hit their number. There was a sweet girl who
Had lead all year and she got nothing. But the girl fires was One of the “Best of the best” per IRT. They even had podcasts made on her. I recently left for all of the above reasons. Have you ever looked at some of the leaders and VP’s background? Most have no experience in whatever it is they are leading. They are also a lot of pharma people who would be destroyed in the “real legit” medical device world. It’s funny to me to read reviews from people who work in the Chicago office compared to the San Fran one. The Chicago people are talking about their free lunches and what a great place it is. I guess that is where my commission checks were going. Everyone who is In San Fran Hates the place. What they did to Kari was also terrible. So glad I’m gone. It was mentally exhausting.

It’s “you’re,” but thank you for trying to play with your constructive words. No one is glad *you* are still around; you must be one of the judgmental idiots on the leadership team. Never in my career have I worked with such buffoons as those encountered on the iRhythm senior leadership team. The discontent among those in the field has reached a record high, as has the unhappiness among those in HQ. No strategy is in place to address the demoralizing culture; the executive team is entirely disengaged and focused on cultivating individualistic organizations. Such a shame that the C-suite remains blind to what occurs within the Sales org and to what prevents the company from moving to the next level. They need to replace execs or invest in their coaching if they want to elevate from their current (laughable) state. It all comes from the top down...

All the above is truth and even the RSDs are looking to leave. This is by far the worse sales leadership starting with the VP of sales, now they are trying to CYA with an ethics attestation. From what the fired TM is saying she is the scapegoat. The AVP and RSD should have been terminated too. Will the real offenders please stand up??? I hear it is happening in several cities. This place continues to be a land mine. The recent plan and reviews the worse ever VP of sales couldn’t even showed he cares, you should at least try to fake it. Please don’t do us any favors stay in SF

It is probably the useless VP of sales who can’t distinguish between your and you”re. His long rambling emails are pathetic! I know he trolls this site because he was upset when it was posted he and a direct report were having an affair. He fired her earlier this year.

it Is just a matter of time until someone has had enough and they start to dig. They are so corrupt. I think they have spreadsheets on people and clinical is told to scan a certain number of patches a month for certain TM’s. They don’t want to pay anyone. Who uses the post office anyway? If I have heart issues- I don’t have time for Dr. Seuss stamps to get my device to a doctor.

I keep thinking things will get better over there for my friends and they don’t. Joke Lynn is still running the show and her latest job was to decide on who was to be promoted from the sales force. Funny thing is- 80% of the people up for a promotion have more leadership experience and are way more successful than she is. Not only that, but word on the street is she about to start stripping people of their titles. I can’t wait til
The FDA gets wind of the HIPAA violation she was involved in and Wall Street realizes that those at the top of the leaderboard are growing their business slower than anyone else.

This post is incredible and spot on! I heard they promoted their favorites who did not meet criteria and some who deserved executive TMs did not get it. Even when they have been here for a long time helping them build the company and sales. What a joke is right, on the sales leadership you forgot to mention the VP of Sales who is the the culprit of it all. The only people who stay at iRhythm are the favorite ones, who can not find another job or can't make it in a real medical device job. So happy I left the shXX show. FDA, lawyers, are lining up to represent the TMs who have cases. I hear there are some kick backs too in NYC too. The HIPAA violator was a favorite but will sing like a bird when she is subpoenaed. HOUSE OF CARDS.

Not sure where you have worked at before but our VP of Sales is awesome. My growth is contributed to learning his style and he has helped to move this company in a very positive direction. Sorry that hasn’t worked out for you and I hope you find someone that is willing to work with you.

You are so right DORK wrote that for sure! Self serving narcissist who cannot keep his own schedule or make it to meetings on time with his own RSDs.

Glad to see RSDs are leaving and how is that 4-5 TMs leave a month too.

You must be DORK writing this as he does not even come out in the field to work with the TMs. He just likes to pontificate at P&Rs. He is horrible in front of the customer and even worse in front of the sales team. KK you better wake up soon you are betting on the wrong ponies.

I have known her (well) for a long time and of all the people I have worked with in my career, she has easily been the most juvenile, caddy, arrogant, gossiping wenches who has the blackest heart and the most hateful personality. She's been around a long time and while she may have a handle on iRTC, she knows surprising little to nothing about about the industry as a whole, as demonstrated by some of the most hilarious and erroneous comments/questions coming out of her mouth in exec meetings. Truly unprofessional and would not make it at any other company, if she could even get hired. I only know of one underling who would give her a positive recommendation - otherwise the rest of the company pretty much hates her. If only she knew how disrespected she is.

The FALL is happening! No need to wait any longer this is by far the most fake and dysfunctional company I have ever worked with in my successful career.

Yes, it has started. Check out the review on Indeed by a finance person.

This channel is used mainly by sales but see what others are talking out on Other places . BTW, I was not in sales but used to sit along with Sales and Marketing. That new marketing head is a like a used car salesmen.

The atmosphere in the SF office is super frustrating. There is mistrust, anger and negativity.

Joining IRTC was a mistake. So glad to be out of here. Adios Amigos!
