Just wanted to say how much I am enjoying all the congratulatory, mandatory conference calls and emails about how his buddies are killing it. If I was one of his lucky favorites, I would be killing it too. You know who you are and we ALL know how the system has been manipulated in your favor. What a joke.

 

How many more in the West are going to leave before someone figures out this guy is a total idiot.

 

The job market is strong and companies are looking for great people and paying more! Don’t be complacent and test the waters. You deserve to be treated better. We were a great company prior to this Medtronic acquisition! If you don’t act, look, and talk like CF you’re not valued. You are better than this! There is life after Cardinaltronic!

 

Finally a voice of reason! There is a booming market out there and I think I will test the waters. With our luck, we will be stuck with this guy after the re-org and I know he's seen this string. Given his past actions, he won't stop till everyone but his loyal subjects is gone from the west.

 

Hilarious - Blaze couldn't make the call today just like Carson couldn't attend his own call due to "phone" difficulties. It's the same excuse my teenager uses when out past curfew.

 

Anyone else insulted by the complete waste of time that yesterday's call was??? And congrats, CM, for your entire team staying - quite a feat given they are the only ones getting paid and had quota reductions. Wow, you go guy. No updates? Really? I would complain about more but I nodded off. I bet his kids sleep good with that droning on about nothing going on...

Bring back Dave Testa. Medtronic egos ran off a lot of good people from this place.

 

I just came on here to say can we have Testa back! Blaze got rid of him bc he wasn’t a yes man and told him his dumb ideas would not work. Now we see DT was correct and Blaze got the boot after a quick 2 years. Looks like MK is on to all these Covidien idiots and I’d bet we’ll see more getting their walking papers. Sad a great Cardinal guy like DT was impacted by these stupid Medtronic cast offs.

Everyone that has left is much better off! As always Cardinal will mess up what products you’re coded to for compensation and by the time they get 80% correct after at least two years... it’s time for another reorg! Be smart and get out! You deserve better and they don’t deserve you, unless you’re lazy and are a non-performer. In that case, stay.

Apparently never. He is such a troll but he knows how to kiss the appropriate asses. He had many opportunities to do the right thing and help the sales team out under him and he chose not to act. I'm pretty sure he still doesn't understand how we get paid or how CAH actually works (which was better without him).
