did any Array people get laid off due to the Pfizer deal?

 

Reps may be safe, managers should be networking...actively!

 

Safe is a relative term. You assume that people are seeking the warm embrace of a paternal company to give them comfort and stability when those same people did quite well joining a small, high risk, upstart company

 

Makes sense to keep rep’s on Managers are more expendable

 

Good managers are hard to find and develop so managers are rarely expendable.

 

Everyone is expendable, especially the managers, who were just following their past co workers from other companies. Not real leaders, just designated by their cronies.
