    Take it or leave it:

    You are replaceable.

You will do what the CEO wants, or find another job. It will always come to that. He can retire at any moment. That's satisfaction we all crave.

******no need for massive layoffs anymore******

The new rules and guidelines you must follow are unfavorable through your perspectives because you will be required to work harder, for the same pay. The ones that dress in expensive clothing are the ones that get extra income. They don't care about you. They only care about their money.

Some people know how to fill their savings/checking account rapidly, others want the world around them to be "nicer" and share. Which one are you? Quit the company and be happier working somewhere else or stay here and shut up.

You have to do what is expected by your immediate commanding officer, or you will face harsher consequences than before. They are not messing around. The new people making new rules are less friendly, and more controlling. For BUSINESS reasons. They get things done. They will find you. You cannot hide your hatred and laziness anymore.

They will pressure you to quit instead of firing you.

Some people do extreme things after being fired.

We have those people working here.

Those expensive babysitters will be watching over EVERYONE soon. Area owners don't have to snitch anymore. It's in the works right now.

Easier to leave than deal with people that think like you. Good luck retaining talent and growing at a psychotic percentage every year. That will not continue. Pucker up!

This is the stupidest post ever Sorry but ConMed will not have to do any layoffs because of how they TREAT people. They will continue to lose great talent. It’s becoming more and more of a Nazi dictatorship than a professional cooperate company. Bottom line they don’t care for us only the money. Before it was ConMed the original founder treated the employees with respect. Those days are long gone. If ConMed wants to lead in this industry they need to learn to manage people properly. Hire a human and industrial psychology major.
