Wow....had the weirdest interview ever. Aside from their crap compensation package, the guy interviewing me had the worst case of ADD ever. Totally disorganized, kept putting me on hold, unable to answer questions, and even said "do you mind if I call you back in 30 minutes??". If you ever believe a cafepharma poster, believe this. RUN
Ha! I didn't even answer when he called back. I'm currently in pharm looking to get in to device, but this would have been about 50 steps backwards. I've got no problem waiting for the next opportunity with another company.
RG right? It ain't ADD. Run away. Look up some older threads. They hired some reps last, flew them to Ca., trained them for a week, sent them home, and fired them a week later
Career Suicide. Crap company with crap leadership who will pull the rug out from under you at any given second. BAD IDEA, trust me.
I was told I was getting a face to face interview and then at the end of the day nothing. What a joke!!
I was one of them. It was a dark time and I was desperate. BTW I was informed I was fired by an internal customer service rep
There is a Philadelphia opening I was going to apply for. This place sounds really bad................
I had a similar experience as well. I also knew another candidate who interviewed with someone different at the company and was told a totally different story about the territory, job, etc. I pulled myself out because it was so bizarre...red flags everywhere.
Run fast from this company unless you want to be a part of their revolving door of employees. It's unstable and the leadership is inept and reactive.
The complainers must have been fired or not gotten the job. Great place to work. Growing Rapidly. I'll stay.
Use Caldera as a stepping stone to move on to a better job in the industry - anyone who stays there for any length of time lacks ambition.
