  5. ET works hard, it’s actually the other way around. This company (endotherapy division) is in complete launch mode and the pressure is very real - you’ll be smothered with new products left & right. Micro management and fear command the entire ET force. It’s not a place to enjoy the culture, everything from their training to meetings are designed to strike fear in the heart. Leave or stay/join, that’s a personal decision, but you’ve been warned.

Noticed there is an Endotherapy opening in Miami. Good opportunity? I thought I saw this same opening about a year ago. Is it turn over? From this board sounds like management is not good. Is this really the case for Miami? Thanks

Excellent opportunity. Territory is over performing. I’m sure it’s an expansion and not turn over. I’m sure the manager is a true leader and not micromanager.

Do not work for OCA, it’s a feudal enterprise. A complete and utter shitshow. They will screw you out of every penny.

Olympus Urology getting pounded by PSS Urology and Urolift, yet no new products to boot other than URF-V3 overpriced garbage...
Time to dust off the resume. The ride is over at Olympus!

Horrible ET manager who’s anxiously buying time. No one in this territory has any respect for him.

See you later boys and girls finally able to break free from this shit hole. ET group is going down hill quickly no faith in leadership from RVPs to Kurt. Less than a handful of reps making quota losing contracts. Sad place to be. You would have to be pretty desperate to take a position with this company. New reps coming in from recruiters are being lied to saying bank 145. You'll be lucky if you make 100 more like 80 to 90 job at best. good luck ya'll.

Upper management has been trying to change things ever since they brought on the Boston Sci Execs. Has been spiraling downward ever since. This post is correct. $80-$90K with years taken off your life from your RVP who has no clue for truly leading.

Only Place worse is ,Energy! We also went through changes and had all the wrong people in place. This place does not value us nor do they really understand the value of leadership.
