Clearly there is no future at OD and I question if there is even a future in dermatology? I've only been in pharma for 5 years but thinking it might be time for a company change or better yet an industry change.

Might I suggest trading in internet currency!

Unless you think it’s wise to tie your economic survival on catering lunches and begging offices to fill out prior auth forms, you might be on to something....

    Our leadership is terrible.
Our lack of sales experience is poor.
    Our marketing is a joke.
Our future under BH remains dismal.
You can force a horse to wear blinders to help pull a wagon but lets face it the OD horse is done being whipped to carry the load.

Why haven't any of you Anti-BH people left OD? You claim its awful in every department, but yet you still stay! I am asking you . . . Why haven't you left?

Excellent point. Could it be that people who gripe and blame their problems on others aren’t very successful themselves and don’t have many options? So they stay and bitch rather than moving on to a better company more befitting their talents? Just asking....

The clock it ticking and Humphries time is running out. Just like everyone knew Jeffrey Epstein would commit suicide in jail, EVERYONE also knows BH will be going soon. It's just a matter of time so hang in the boys and girls. Joe! Joe! Joe! Joe! Joe! Joe! Joe!

I have worked here long enough to know BH is not the first failure at Valeant/Bausch! The shady practices of a former CEO, almost killed the company. JoePa will not be ale to save and grow the derm business! The company is doomed and if you think BH leaving will make it better, you are sadly mistaken. JoePa should unload OD before its too late for the share holders. For those of you reading this get out before its too late.

This is the most relevant point ever made. They haven’t left or done anything bc they don’t have the balls. They are miserable and love to complain. That’s the only answer I could ever come up with because you’re absolutely right those people should just leave.

Actually the most relevant point is the majority of the people within our division want a leadership change. Mr. Humphries has brought nothing but one miscalculated failure after the next. It's very easy to leave a company and find a new job with a good economy but many of us like working in dermatology. The answer is simple for our CEO, either make a change with leadership and the direction of the division or remove OD from the organization. Make no mistake fall is upon us and the leaves are changing, the same type of environmental change needs to happen here too.

How many leadership changes do you Valeant/OD people need to validate your existence? I have been here for a while and every "leadership team" changes on average about every 2.5 years! So BH has failed, no surprise! However, Deb J. & Mike P. did some shady shit and failed. #DirtyMoney The leadership team before them failed and was out in about 2.5 years etc . . . . Whining gets you no where, I just bury my nose in my territory and do the best I can. I don't cry nor do I boast!

Poor mental boy. He never got over BH firing him. Here he is day after day, stalking BH. He has been doing this for many years, following BH around from company to company and has made tens of thousand of posts over that time. He really needs to get some help.

"I just bury my nose in my territory and do the best I can" spoken just like the people of Schering- Plough, Parke-Davis, Upjohn and Forest Laboratories.

& you cry like all the reps who want to blame someone else because they're not making money because they don't want to work! Go to work and try to sell Duobrii or Altreno like your life depends on it!

"sell Duobrii or Altreno like your life depends on it" that says it all. No ones life depends on it. WE WOULD BE BETTER OFF SELLING THIS DIVISON.

I forgot to mention that you also have a man-crush on BH, but he rejected you years ago and you haven’t gotten over that either.

You really need to stop stalking BH, mental boy.
