    Hello All,
Well here is the weird issue I had with Arjo. Here is a little background, so it makes sense.

I was employed there from 1999 and stayed until 2012 I started as a service tech delivering the beds. As time went on, I wound up becoming a sales rep for the southeast coast. I loved the transition. All was great. I had the respect of the upper-management and a pretty good customer base. As time went on once Arjo became way more involved, they began messing up my territory and making some customers mad. It got so bad that I wound up quitting. I gave a 2-week notice and was very respectful when I left.

Fast forward to 2019, I saw a position open for a similar position and out of curiosity I applied for it and I got a call back, I had two phone interviews. Then two months went by, and I thought hmm let's call and see what happened. Come to find out they feel I am overqualified now. OVER-QUALIFIED?? Ok, well when I left Arjo, I did get a great position with a medical company whose name I won't mention, and I am still there doing very well,
    .

I had over a decade there, a proven track record and consistently over 100% of my assigned budget and STILL not good enough to rehire. At one time before all this crap with Arjo started I was often 115% to plan and consistency bringing in new business.

I was curious what has changed that is why I applied I thought maybe it is better? Well, I guess not

    but overqualified??????

1st........ yes I left for a reason. BUT.... since I left I heard there were a lot of changes I think curiosity was the big reason I applied. so many I worked with are also gone. More than anything was the curiosity that had me apply I was really surprised when I got a call and 2 phone interviews. Knowing I had a long GOOD history there and 75% of the time iI was over 100% to plan I was a bit taken back I was told I was "over-qualified"

t Having a good history there and having 3 accounts there alone that brought in over 1.5 million in sales you would think that they jump at rehiring me.

Good reps that know what they are doing is hard to come by.

Gotta love your attitude anonymous guest you must have been a real steller employee

Best thing I did was leave this company who looks for creative ways not to pay you. Now their books look better and the stock price goes up.

Yes you are overqualified. You exceeded quota 75% of the time. Arjo doesn't want employees who reach their goal. They would then have to pay the commission. They are happy with underachievers who bring in some business. Such a shame, they could be a world class small company but with the current mismanagement and total lack of human resourses, (all outsourced) no real person to talk to, they will remain a small follower.
