The legends are true. He’s TERRIBLE. There’s simply less suffering if you stay clear. If you want to get to biotech, just go to Amgen or J&J or any other major. It’s the SAME place no matter what they tell you at the interview. Like a COAL mine.

18 phone calls/day about what your customer shit at lunch, like “Did he eat CORN? Was it Indian corn or sweet corn? Peanuts or not? Did they have a Payday bar for lunch, or was it a Snickers?” And if you don’t know, “Well count the nuts, you must not understand this customer.”

“I want 4 programs per person in Q3. Here are the people you NEED to use. Not “I’d suggest.” “NEED.” You have till end of the week to schedule them. Gotta meet those metrics to suck up to suck up to CT, right SS!!

He’ll overrun you on calls. He’ll offend people you rely on within accounts, as if HIS name and that of Coherus is more important than yours. This isn’t Amgen, r*****! YOU’RE the expendable one. It’s like dealing with Rain Man. He simply doesn’t understand PEOPLE, customer or rep. He can count the toothpicks, but not wipe his own ass if there wasn’t a manual written by CT on how to do so. A TOTAL micromanager. PROOF? “Micromanagement is good,” he at a district MEETING, in front of the ROOM. No lie.

And now, GET THIS, he has the BALLS to call us up and ask how to make the district better? He hopes we will offer ways increase “cohesiveness?”

We’re all good, SS. The district is a TIGHT bunch of friends, pass or fail, making big bonus or not, because we ALL think you’re AWFUL. We have a common FOIL, a COMIC foil, if you will, in you.

How about you ask for an anonymous 360 review instead of polling the team live for feedback, or are you afraid of ACTUAL FEEDBACK due your shitty management methods? We’re all MORE THAN ready to do so.

You treat everyone as if a STEPPING STONE, as if they’re EXPENDABLE. Joke’s on YOU! People are ALREADY running! Who knew CT’s balls stretched from SF to BOS!!

Don’t work in the region but dude seems super cool. Highly doubt you even work here because you would t be that stupid to do a post that has a 1/8 chance of getting pinned to you.

Better managers than SS whipped the slaves dragging blocks uphill to build the pyramids. This guy sucks, and he’s totally clueless as to how he is viewed by his team. We all can’t wait to leave, and nobody can be fast enough to maintain their sanity.

Avoid coming here. The leadership is cancer, and the bonus is absolute shit. Quotas are out of control unattainable, and those that exceed them get jack shit. Top earners are making maybe $30k/bonus per quarter, while those underwater make $12k. Whoa, let’s all kill ourselves.

Just go to Amgen, it’s the same micromanaging bullshit and unattainable quotas, but at least there’s a pipeline beyond Neulasta. This place has a garbage 10 year old eye drug and fifth line Herceptin & Humira on deck next. Total joke.

Working here is analogous to having small-cell lung cancer, and working in the northeast under SS is like having that plus a pancreatic dual primary.

there were 12 people who got over 50k for bonus not sure what you are smoking. Maybe get to work. We aren’t micromanaged at all. I’ve never had a call report brought up dingus.

You think $50k/semester is generous on the heels of the “best” biologic launch of 2019? You need to get your calendar out and realize that semesters are six months, genius, and that $25k/qtr is laughable for the revenue we generated and are generating in the face of ridiculously inaccurate quotas. Go back to primary care, dildo.

. Tell us all how it’s a 1/8 chance of getting found out, when 3/4 of our district cannot stand him, probably more. We’ll wait...

I know the guy has quite a mixed reputation. There’s a plenty of reps and managers out there that don’t like this guy but for some reason he seems to keep appearing at all the new small companies. How has he not burned the bridges? Ticked people off at Amgen, Algeta, Novartis big time “you have to see three doctors when I’m in the field with you I kid you not he did this”, then Ipsen and now Coherus. Why aren’t folks hip to this guy yet?

Max payout was low 60’s for S1. I know more of the “big” earners than you probably do, assfuck.

Mixed rep? He’s only here because he was run out of his last company, and then kissed goo-gobs of ass to get hired here by his ”mental” mentor, CT. Ask anyone about him anywhere he’s been...his people absolutely hated working for him! There’s been nothing but employee turnover at every place he’s landed due to his passive-aggressive leadership style, and now it’s occurring here. Hell, three of his team jumped ship within a month of each other in q3, and more are certain to follow.

There are simply too many openings in the marketplace, and this combined with both meager bonuses and moronic quotas makes the level of harassment you receive from such a shitty leader as SS not worth the punishment.

If only SS could look in the mirror and understand that he is the poison in this region. The “Dali Llama of Drama” himself.
