Not even close. Why on earth would I threaten someone on here? God you people are such nerds. There was no threat. You answered you own question. I have no idea who these whining losers are. If you have a case take it to HR. If you don't have a case you're just whining because you suck at Amgen and aren't performing. That was my point.

You must not read well. A few people here already said to consult an attorney if the OP had solid evidence that he or she claimed to have. Saved sexually explicit IMs should be a slam dunk. What we have a problem with is bitching about everyone being out to get you, the company not being able to help or caring, and there being nothing you can do about it but come on this forum and whine. THAT Is not the answer and it's not true. The company does not tolerate outright sexual harassment. I'm sure some things slide yes, but if you're talking about the kinds of things being mentioned here, those aren't nuanced and they aren't gray area. They're things Amgen could get slapped with huge class action lawsuits with if they were dumb enough. This is what's annoying. Don't like how I come across direct and abrasive? Too bad. Deal with reality. It's the same reason most people don't like our president in this limp wrist state. Everything has to be said in a certain way or it offends people. Sometimes u need to get hit by reality

That is an irrational emotion-based claim. There is a third possibility for example, that the accuser's case does not succeed but he/she still has always had good performance. There's also a fourth possibility, that the accuser's case is successful but he/she has always poor performance. In short, the work performance of the accuser cannot be predicted based on the judgment of the case (or vice versa). A guilty harasser would be likely to claim "poor performance" as a false defense; while a false accuser might be motivated to cover up poor performance. There is absolutely no way to know which one of these various possibilities it really is.

Therefore, such irrational assumptions about the accuser (with no possibility of actual knowledge) only serve to give credibility to the accuser

Stop your logic-impaired whining. You've just stated the company does not tolerate "outright" sexual harassment, but that they DO in fact tolerate some other forms of sexual harassment (which are illegal to tolerate, by definition). You wouldn't do well on the witness stand.
Now, man up and quit being a crybaby.

Knowing this is going on is just as bad as doing it.

Report it. Even if on the ombudsman line.

I'm not the one here crying. Everyone deals with tiny bits of harassment in their life. There's a very fine line and some gray area. Even the harassment training shows there's some gray area. Maybe you should take it again. Not all harassment is clear cut. I have had things that offended me. I don't come to a forum and bitch about it. You're a moron. Are you an attorney? The definition of sexual harassment is not black and white. So no you can't intuit that the inverse of outright harassment is some harassment. It's just gray area. It's area that's not clear. You're fucking dumb. Go see an attorney. I'm sitting next to 3 at the moment

Don’t trust HR, always, always, always call the hotline first. Once HR knows it’s YOU ... bye bye

I did call the hotline and all they did was ask for my name and info and told me an HR staff relations person would reach out to me. He was a complete d**k when he finally did reach out. Totally disinterested and smug. Rick somebody is his name.

Does the Ombudsman line direct you to HR or can you report anonymously? Most employees don’t trust Amgen HR. They are mostly there to figure out a way to get rid of you if you make complaints

I'd contact a attorney first, one who specializes in workplace harassment. The attorney can advise you how to proceed for your best interest (not the company's best interest).
