My manager does what his boss says says. Guess I need to get in with the directors.

Micromanagement galore. Its rampant at Amarin. Check the box for this and that. Call metrics. Cripes. I get that this is launch mode but I feel like all these boxes is just so we look attractive for a buyout. All this work could be for nothing.

 

Buy Amarin? What moron would do that? Amarin hires managers that don't have brains so they can just do what they are told and make sure everyone is checking the box.

I love chasing sigs and explaining docs and their sales to my manager.

That is where you are wrong! Sales reps are always needed. Take your mgrs and put them in field. We all need to be selling.
