What assets? All we see are lawsuits, frauds, and liabilities.

 

Two more pathologists are looking to leave, one is good the other won't be missed. but doesn't look good with pathologist jumping ship.

 

It all starts with leadership. People stay or go bc of leadership, actually proven leadership. Define proven leadership: someone who once did your job successfully and understands the challenges, someone who motivates you daily, weekly and monthly We have NONE of that!!

MB- what a joke. She is terrible, constant poop face
BM- could have been great, gets too caught up in gossip and BS
KS- how this woman and her bee-hive hairdo ( hairdont) are in charge of anything or anyone blows my mind. She is/was terrible at her job.

So when pathologists or employees quit know it is bc they look at the 4 people above and their stomach turns and they lose faith.

burn it all down from a leadership perspective. Start over ASAP!!

 

Loss and Leakage update:

mooney lost another pair of pants bc his ass is leaking. God someone at Avista please dismiss this dinosaur and try to turn this place around. While you are at it fire his unproven group of minions.

We are literally led by people who don’t understand anatomic pathology and Market needs. Please save us Avista.

 

Save us???? They are looking to flip this thing, they are not going to invest another dime into it. Let's be honest, we have open positions all over the lab(s) and sales territories and they are not even interviewing to fill them. We are going to stumble around until Jan (that way revenue looks better) before we hire anyone! Then they can show up to investor meetings and show revenue growth, when in reality they just put off hiring 30-40 until 2020.

 

Why did we hire this new guy? What’s wrong with this place is it is filled with chess players not performers. Mooney promoted/trusted people who catered to him. Pull their reviews.

1) Kathryn is the biggest joke in the world. She hit quota once when she was in sales and she made it by like a 100 cases. Move on.

2) michelle tried sales and quit. Then she quit the company bc it was “ too stressful”. She is a leader?

3) Brandi? She sold blood and piss. She is useless. Unproven.

just 3 shining examples of whats wrong. Mooney trusted these 3 stooges and the company is in the toilet. Good thing they got a bargain on us.

we have no proven leaders. I never thought I would say this but its time to hire outside the company and cut ties with the dead weight.

 

On thanksgiving I would have loved to say” I'm thankful That Kathryn, michelle and Brandi have been uncovered as frauds, kiss asses and unproven pieces of dung and are no longer with us”. But not yet, but it WILL happen”!

 

No, but you will dumbass. If you hate this place so much then leave. Don’t you get it? Some people stay because they believe there is something to fight for...if you don’t, leave. No hard feelings. Just go find another job, company, boss, coworkers...no one is forcing you to stay. Life is too short to stay in a job that either a) you hate or b) you don’t respect the people you work with. So vote with your feet and leave and go find out if the grass is greener on the other side. Either way, just dear god stop bitching

As I sit here and ponder my week ahead I can’t help but think how much happier I would be here if KS was not my boss!! Fire her and her Perm!!

 

Your life would be better if you left and went somewhere else. You have been complaining for months and I think it would be better for both you and Inform if that relationship came to an end.

 

He is probably unemployable anywhere else and knows it. Why else would he stay? The world is filled with bosses we would rather not have. But that is life.
