Can't believe there isn't a thread on these jokers. Worst hospice ever- low pay, zero bonuses and unethical upper management. Stay away!

They're part of Curo. The AVP's and VP's make me laugh. Especially this one AVP of BD. She is so articulate uses words like "coolio" and "hey man" when addressing the reps.

This must be the lady in Michigan. Has no idea what she is doing. Always blaming others to save herself. I wonder if the senior leadership team at Curo realize how bad she talks crap on them. She acts like SC was so wonderful and that Curo screwed everything up.

Any recent updates on this company? How do they treat their hospice sales reps, pay, bonus structure? Any insight would be great! Thanks!

I’ve met the AVP of BD in Michigan and I think she just keeps it real with her reps. It definitely isn’t due to lack of knowledge in the field. However, this new merger with Curo/SouthernCare is a bit concerning. I know curo’s upper management is staying in place, but what about everyone in the local offices that overlap with Kindred’s offices? How does one compete with their own sister company in the same territory? I don’t think this merger looks good for the sales reps for Curo companies. Anyone have thoughts or insight?

There is a lot of uncertainty surrounding the Humana/private equity acquisition of CURO and Kindred. I wouldn’t let it keep from accepting an offer from them if you are short on options, but there is no guarantee that dramatic changes in either business line may not be in store in the coming months as consolidation and streamlining continues.

A year later and it’s still a hot mess with the merger between Kindred and Curo. Processes are constantly changing at the speed of light, high burnout for reps and for the clinical staff. Hard to see how competing head to head in a market between Kindred and Curo will make sense. Kindred is backed by the Home Health name and will get the lions share of referrals pushed their way over the Curo counterparts. With Humana full acquisition on the horizon, expect underperforming offices in the same market as other offices to be shut down and layoffs to occur in middle management, sales, and clinical.
