Anonymous or not salary is a personal thing. Weren’t you ever taught not to ask someone their salary?

I currently make $148K & have been offered $160K plus 800 RSU’S. I’m great with that bc I’m sick of the big Pharma bs I’m dealing with where I’m at now. I’d also like to get back to sickle cell. I think discussing salary on an anonymous forum is a good thing otherwise how do you know if you’re being paid fairly? I’ve got great success but have probably been underpaid most of my career bc I came in at a lower rate. I used to never discuss salary but when I started I was shocked at how underpaid I was. Just bc your keep your salary private (even if it’s high) doesn’t mean you’re a better rep.

Only 5 sales jobs still listed on their website so most accepted offers it looks like.

Good stuff. It’s 2019. The transparency helps everyone know if their package is fair and market rate.

I totally agree. The days of not openly discussing salary are on the way out as they should've been years ago. It's about fair market value. Usually the people that know they're overpaid don't want to discuss salary. I was offered $155 and I accepted less than I wanted because this is a great opportunity and it's a small territory to make this kind of salary.
