Does anyone think most reps are even trying at all right now? Lmao Uh yeah....we are all about to get laid off. Sick of this sh!t every year! I will go through the motions, get my sigs and tell my DM that I agree with all of his suggestions lol Just want my check while I look for something more stable
newsflash... The tenured reps don’t know anything The DMs don’t know anything The RDs don’t know anything All of the above can be laid off any minute. It’s all just speculation.
Finding something more stable isn't the problem..Finding something more stable that pays just as good is the problem..I found something more stable after the Allergan Eyecare layoff -could've been a good career had I got in to it when I was younger, but I didn't have the time, or the patience to put in the 5 years required to start making "real" money, so here I am back in Pharma; wishing I had gone into banking 20 years ago...
I am currently on short term medical leave for reasons I wish not to disclose to keep my anonymity. I looked through the change of control documents and didn't see anything in regards to this. My question is when all of us in PC start getting laid off will I receive the severence since I am on leave?
you can still be laid off while on leave as long as it’s because of a business decision and not because you are on leave Any date provided would just be speculative but one could think they would want to lay you off in October and give you the 60 day warn period so they could have you off the books by Jan 1. But that’s assuming allergan is organized enough to accomplish that
According to sources at corporate, PC reps were laid off last Thursday, but DMs were scared to let them know so they will let them keep working until they realize their direct deposits aren't coming any more. Anonymous sources have confirmed.
theres a lot of ridiculous things people say on here sometimes... but that’s definitely up there. No way that’s true lol thanks for the laugh though
I wish someone would put me out of my misery. I’ve been at this company just over 6 years and January will be my 6th round of layoffs. This is not normal.
