HM is an asshole..... no doubt. He is absolutely the worst manager I've ever had. Hated dealing with him on every level. Customers didn't like HM either but insinuating that he has a drug problem is a bush league move.

 

Bush league is not being able to hold onto new VP of Sales. That’s Bush league.

Yeah but what’s this supposed to mean? Obviously not about his health or him being alive?

 

Yeah, I don't think it's right to insinuate that anyone has a drug habit but HM is certainly one miserable POS.

 

Haha haha now all the druggies who ran to Bio are defending their leader.

 

Druggies? Oh due tell.....

 

The most important skill in a leader is being humble. Most Bio leaders are absent that basic skill. Take HM for example, he is an arrogant individual who has no empathy and lacks credibility. Would you like to work for an individual like that? This in a nutshell should answer why Bio is a miserable place. The good employees are leaving and will continue doing so until fixed.

 

The beatings will continue until morale improves....

lie- your job depends on it.
cheat- your customers daily and patients.
Cover up - for docs when they cheat on their wives with strippers you provide and buy their business. Or when the feds come in knocking on doors, then you lie, cheat and cover up.
Oh... and make up stories as needed.
That IS part of your job.
