Not surprising given that Drees was at the helm. ANS had little product innovation in the 2000s but luckily the lack of competition and what appears to be great reps still brought a ton of revenue. The world is very different now.

Just reps and CS positions being hired. Hay's is a good Sales VP and one of the leaders that actually gets it and does a respectable job in light of everything that is happening around him. PH did nothing except spenddddddddddddddddddd on friendly KOL's. Are they or have they riff'd any RSD's??

Just doing it for perception. Can’t look like they are giving up while trying to get bought. Sad though they are having people quit decent jobs for this mess. Everyone is going to get canned after acquisition most likely

this is going to fall further before it gets acquired.

Sad is right. They're market cap is only half of what they have left in the bank. Someone will get this for a song and a dance!

Every day they have less in the bank so I don’t know how you know what they have left. But you are ignoring debt. When the initially spun off, they were trading at a market cap less than cash on hand net of debt. I doubt that is still the case.

The current stock price is probably supported by speculation that they will be bought. I wonder if end of year you’ll see a spike in tax loss selling. Long and intermediate holders can offset a lot of gains in other positions just by offloading NVTR.

Does the appointment today of Jennifer K to CFO mean there is hope that Nuvectra is now in the fight and that they will be trying to get back into the game and doing it alone??? I think this could be promising

Employee agreement has bonus tied to sale or end of the road by Mar 2020.

As previously disclosed, the Company is exploring potential strategic alternatives to enhance shareholder value and recently implemented a reduction in force. To incentivize and reward employees for their increased responsibilities in light of these events, on September 16, 2019, the Company’s Board of Directors, upon the recommendation of its Compensation Committee, approved a cash incentive plan to reward a broad base of employees in connection with a potential sale of the Company (the “Transaction Bonus Plan”). Under the Transaction Bonus Plan, cash payments would be made to eligible employees (1) 50% upon the signing of a definitive agreement for the sale of the Company and (2) provided that the definitive agreement remains in effect, 50% upon the earlier to occur of March 31, 2020 and the closing of the transaction. Participants must be employed by the Company at the time of payment. The total cost of the Transaction Bonus Plan, if fully implemented, will not exceed $1.6 million.

I don’t disagree with you that their time is limited but your sentence implies that they’re doomed by mar 2020.

All it says is they get a bonus if there’s a definitive agreement put in place. They get half if they get an agreement - doesn’t matter when as it’s not bounded by time. If there is an agreement in place by mar 2020 or they close earlier than that, they get the other half.

The more interesting part to me is that they got rid of the incentive plan. I believe all employees previously got that as a targeted.... so it means if they don’t sell they don’t pay out bonuses.

How many reps remain in the field now after their recent force reduction? How many Regional Sales Managers left?

Only the reps that can’t get another job are left.

So... I am setting in the line for the taco bell drivethru here in Broomfield, Colorado. I can’t decide if I want another crunchie taco or if i shouldn’t save that money and buy a share of Nuvectra’s stock.
