Liver damage too? Makes sense with the itching and pruritus.

I had a doc ask me about the hospitalizations today during a lunch! They were not happy.

What a deal...You treat a side effect of a drug with an expensive drug, end up in the hospital and die... I am sure the FDA has noticed by now!!

Yes they have noticed. They noticed all those deaths and falls from the severe Parkinsonism. The FAERS database has all the information. Who do you think made us update the PI?

Just hang on the physicians know nothing about Ingrezza's hospitalizations yet. There is still money to be made.

Many know what this company is doing to patients by not actively informing physicians about hospitalizations with Ingrezza, but they don't care as long as the gravy train continues. Anything it takes!

Anybody else being instructed to not actively discuss our PI changes with physicians and if they ask tell them it's nothing but a class effect, but not to mention the actual verbiage of the FDA addition on hospitalizations?

Document everything regarding what you are being told...Whistleblowers always do well...

Yes! I am already documenting. I am also being pushed to tell all of my physicians to take all of their patients off of Cogentin and put them on Ingrezza. The physicians are not buying it for the most part.

Parkinsonism is a problem people. Ingrezza is causing it much more than we were told.

I have a mental health clinic that had a patient fall down in their parking lot with excessive drooling due to the Ingrezza Parkinsonism. Hard thing to sell around.

I hope you reported this event! This issue isn't going away!

I have a coworker who fell down in the parking lot with excessive drooling, and then wet himself - it wasn't Ingrezza Parkinsonism, he was just drunk again.

That's what you probably tell the doctors that come to you with these complaints. No adverse event for Ingrezza, your patients are just drunks. This drug is harming patients. You know it and you hide it.
