Also watch how Sigouin will find scapegoats to cover her bad decisions. She’ll fired few reps so she can pretend she resolved the reasons why it’s not working out.

Steve Jobs famous quote: It doesn't make sense to hire smart people and tell them what to do; we hire smart people so they can tell us what to do.
Sigouin hires smart reps & treat them like kids.

Arjo...with people in mind. What "people" do they have in mind?

If the founder of Arjo could see what his company has evolved into....shame!

the founder of Arjo is behind what this once good company has become. Greed comes before people

The founder of the company was Arne Johansson and I believe he died a few years ago and his family doesn’t own the company any longer. Carl Bennet is the man at the top of top of the food chain now pulling all the strings. If he doesn’t see what’s happening at Arjo, then he’s either in on it or doesn’t care.

I guess we now know who the “people in mind are” for the Arjo tag line. They are greedy a**holes hat are making decisions about products that are supposed to help lives, not drive them into an early grave.

if Arjo would start developing the people they have instead of looking for the next “superstar” like that one person in corporate that no one liked, they would be an unstoppable force!

Such a horrible place to work Arjo Addison. They talk alot but dont deliver. Always end of month scrabbling to hit monthly numbers - which is not the norm. I work for a competitor of Arjo's (previous employee) and North American sales and corporate dont act in this fashion at all to hit month end number. It's a constant flow of buisness and new clients. In fact we took some business from Arjo due their inefficiency to deliver on time. Apparently the promises made to the customer by corporate was a bunch of BS. So happy I am no longer working for AS. So many romours about her, some must be true!

Last week Anne and her minions laid off several long-term US employees as part of yet another reorganization. Most of these people were long-term employees who have dedicated decades of their careers to the business. They have spouses and children that rely on them to pay the mortgage, buy groceries, and provide health insurance. They were unceremoniously let go without notice.

This week Anne sent a glowing e-mail to everyone in the company touting how great the company was doing. If the company is really doing so well, why are there constant reorganizations? Why were so many dedicated, long-term employees let go? Either the financial performance of the company is being misrepresented or there are serious ethical challenges with the company leadership.

It's probably both. I'm jumping ship as soon as I can.

When I first heard arjohunleigh separating into it's own company to become ARJO. I thought...here we go. Let build up, get in the company into the black for a year or maybe two. Then streamline and sell it off

Carl Bennet has 48% of Arjo & his son in law is Lindoff (CEO). If Carl sell it is likely because Lindoff is ready to retire. My sense, Sigouin doesn’t like the fact that overall Arjo margin is down due to her bed deal. As usual she will make a short term decision to look good. The suffering of both business & people are of no concern to her.

Addisons financial box of tricks will run dry soon or a smarter auditor will identity malpractice. So many bad things go on in Addison whilst Snr Management sit in Malmo and are spineless and totally clueless. Move on as quickly as you can and you will see how poor Addison is in comparison to new employer.

Doing so he complied to article 6.8 of Arjo code of conduct:

Arjo will provide accurate, timely and transparent information on the company’s activities... Arjo’s accounting statements will present a true and fair picture of the company’s financial performance in line with International Financial Reporting Standards.

I also heard this about finance. When you type AS name in google this blog comes up No2 on the search. Whatever Malmo state about finances in NA is untrue. I worked at Arjo for three years and have seen it first hand.

So to change the subject for a second, how does everyone like the choice of Austin, TX for the next sales meeting??

You got this one right: the decline of Sigouin’s empire.
