Fear and intimidation are central pillars of the coaching model.

The point is that they do not go into the actual call they are “evaluating” pre/ post call discussions and coaching- still a complete waste of time.

It’s demeaning to the managers and reps. No other company does this shit. No respect at all.

The 3 in the car is not bad. Be open to someone who can help you be even better than you are.

Do you honestly believe a rep is at their true form, when the DM AND the RD is present? GTFOH These are not productive and detrimental to culture.

Freaking joke! Just had a circus in a car day. The West RD is about as dynamic as a walking stick. I have an idea. If your going to turn everyone’s day upside down why not get off your damn phone. Completely Rude Bill Borland. Further showcases your lack of value and talent while you play micro games with others.
Micro in an Equinox is such a Lack of trust

Just had my 3 in a car with JC. Stopped by Denny’s for breakfast, picked up doughnuts at 10:40 because the big fella needed his mid morning calorie boost. After a hearty buffet lunch we hit Haagen Dazs to “wash down those delicious entrees”. Pre-call planning commenced at 1:45 and saw doc at 2:00. Then we headed to 2-for-1 appetizers at Friday’s (deep fried mushrooms and cheese fries were a big hit). At around 3:45 I suggested a restaurant with large portions for dinner to which he quickly replied “make a bee line for my car”......good times

Just had my 3 gay ass pirates in a car with JC. Stopped and blew every one then picked up my gay son and whore mother who repeatedly blew them all again

Agree with poster. 3 in a car was a demeaning management tactic born out of lack of trust and respect. Some did this year’s ago but non existent today (except for Salix).
TMs find it amusing that all the pressure is on the DM. It is sad that Senior leadership has no clue how to lead and coach others. The RDs aren’t far behind and learn from most of the DMs they are evaluating.

He absolutely does. He doesnt go into the call - but he is with you on your way to the calls / before the calls / and after the calls.
    Enjoy.
