The structure is pretty simple really.

You get direct deposit in your bank every 2 weeks on Friday ..

    Now move along

Hahahaha.. first of all you are full of shit. Secondly you are a dip shit for wanting to work here. I would rather work at Walmart and at the worst location.

Don’t listen to people on this thread. You have at least 20 months left before you have to be worried about getting laid off. As long as you are a top performer in 6 months and a top performer the following year there won’t be any pressure on you. Good luck and good selling!

Oh please. very few of you spoiled pharma reps could ever work "real" jobs anymore. If we put you at the worst Wal-Mart in town and asked you to do customer service or heck, even asked you to manage a department, none of you would survive a month. Between the long hours, the unpredictable madness, the employee infighting, the angry customer phone calls, the unknown of when you're getting off or when you're getting a lunch, the lack of flexibility in scheduling and the lack of a company car and gas card and the pissed off customers in your face, 99.9999999% of you would come running back to a crap pharma job...so don't even pull up this "I'd rather work at Wal-Mart" shit. You couldn't handle it.

Yes, because you are entering a den of losers.

Look, just do enough to get by because nobody cares about you. Return the favor by doing the minimum.

Best, just find a better industry that might have integrity. This is very difficult to find, but there are some good companies still out there with good people.

You are not going to find good people in upper management in this industry. They are robots with no talent.

Its a little different at the district level, if you have an older and mature manager.

Whatever you do, never work for a manager that is 45 or younger.

Hey dumb ass. There are different hospital sales forces. Likely not for long. But there is a hemo hospital team, oncology hospital team, immunology hospital team and whatever worthless primary care team Takeda had calling on hospitals.

Why do you say 20 months? Just guessing or do you know something we don’t ? Give me your rational if you don’t mind. I kinda agree with your time frame though

Safe? Depends on the consulting firm they bring in for the next restructuring. The structure as currently comprised is thanks to software used by consulting firm McKinsey & Company. The way they are running the company now, they’ve completely removed the human element. I’ve been with Takeda for over 10 years, and this is the worst it’s ever been.
