If we put you at the worst Wal-Mart in town and asked you to do customer service or heck, even asked you to manage a department, none of you would survive a month. Between the long hours, the unpredictable madness, the employee infighting, the angry customer phone calls, the unknown of when you're getting off or when you're getting a lunch, the lack of flexibility in scheduling and the lack of a company car and gas card and the pissed off customers in your face, 99.9999999% of you would come running back to a crap pharma job...so don't even pull up this "I'd rather work at Wal-Mart" shit. Hey dumb ass. There are different hospital sales forces. Likely not for long. But there is a hemo hospital team, oncology hospital team, immunology hospital team and whatever worthless primary care team Takeda had calling on hospitals.

Safe? Depends on the consulting firm they bring in for the next restructuring. The structure as currently comprised is thanks to software used by consulting firm McKinsey & Company. The way they are running the company now, they’ve completely removed the human element. I’ve been with Takeda for over 10 years, and this is the worst it’s ever been.
