What an inferior, insecure person. His greatest strengthen is sucking up to the CEO. He is really a district manager disgusted as the president of Avion. He has surrounded himself with weak Yes people. Mark Steffen is #1. He was promoted to VP to run errands. There is loud talking manager on the team, that is a laugher, i.e. (M.D.). Rumor is Avion is a family affair. Mike Sullivan promotes his daughter. Mark Steffen two daughters are sales rep. D.C. son works for her as a rep. On, on & on...Who knows what Mike Sullivan will do next to ruin Avion

 

jealous much? You forgot the Ceo’s Daughters work here too. Oh and a son in law. And the Ceo’s Daughters were promoted. And only one of Mark S’s daughter’s work here.

 

avion is good for one thing only....getting your foot into pharma. Get your one year of experience and leave. No need to stay in that toxic culture longer than that. There favorite reply “jealous much”.....laughable! They teach you to sample dump.....cuz that’s selling.

I have been here a while. Never been taught or taught anyone that. The people above including the ceo and all family members have treated people very well. Some of us have been through hurricane(s) and the company took very good care of us. They were worried about us and our FAMILIES. When someone has a baby, it’s about the FAMILY. When someone passes on it’s about the FAMILY. I think you get my point. So whoever is being nasty behind the cafepharma wall so be it. Why anyone cares who sons, daughters, son in laws, sisters best friends brothers girlfriend blah blah works here is beyond most of us. My bet is you are disgruntled, unhappy, or immature.
