H.O here - you don’t have to believe me

HR and Compliance are conducting “random audits” of calls and expenses

The only problem with all the audits is that they are only happening to sales reps that are in the upper tier of salary in an attempt to lower payroll as much as possible

Good luck everyone and be sure to file against HR

Get a clue. The people with top salaries are top performers. Teva NEEDS those that can sell. No one with any skill set will join this company, therefore, they will do what ever they can to keep the profit makers. NO ONE should buy this stupidity. NO ONE

What a crock of shit! How do you know that top performers are the ones with the highest salaries? You don’t. What we do know is that top salaries are linked to experience and/or longevity in this specialty or with Teva. In no way does that make them any more effective a salesperson. Get a clue.

I make 150,000 in base and I am a top performer.

I gave 150,000 blow jobs in last year. Meet me on political board for man on man

There is zero chance you make 150K at Teva. Top performers who left weren’t offered anywhere near that to stay. Teva is known to pay low salaries.

Does that make all with that salary (or greater) top performers? I don’t think so.

Wrong, chief. We have reps pushing $180k+ in salary!! Do not discount longevity!

The fall of 2018 included a full analysis of Rep Salaries for all divisions at Teva to measure spend, averages, tenure, AND salary versus performance of the last 3 and 5 years. Ask your manager to see the presentation, obviously there are not individual names of people on the slides, but the slides show the salary top end (20%), middle (60%), and low end (20%), and also the number of Reps in that top end of pay that had not finished in the top quarter and top half for their division in the last 3 years and then last 5 years.

To absolutely NO PERSON’S SURPRISE, the highest paid pool of reps had the lowest percentage of top performers on both measures, which actually almost led to salary reductions for most people in that group, but late in the year they changed their minds and instead limited merit for these people and also future merit.

If you are a senior executive rep making a base salary over $140,000, which many are, there has been very clear communication about “minimizing” that group excessively, don’t believe me, it is the job title with the most terminations in 2019 across all sales forces combined.

Highest Rep Salary Any Division - $184k, most likely someone that was previously a manager or in house associate manager

Average Salary Future Hires - $90k

Costs still exceed revenue globally even after cutting billions, leave now, it is FUBAR because the only people left in house are trash when it comes to ability, experience, or both, and there is about to be yet another CEO change.

I do not know any sr executive rep s that have been terminated in 2019 but I am pissed I’m not making 140k base. Don’t tell me, manager lied when they mention uniform salaries across divisions representing one Teva? TS reps should be making 140 base as TP reps with Sr executives titles?

It's not just TP making these salaries. There are underpaid reps in all of the divisions! This is a ton of shit! Underpaid is an understatement. Micromanaged like no other and undervalued by the company. I'm out.

How about paying a CEO $33 Million to come here while the company was what, $30B in debt? And sales reps are the ones being looked at salary wise? Makes total sense!

I was smart enough to leave a year ago before the bankruptcy courts engage.

I was offered 37k more base than at Teva for the exact same position in my new company. Better benes, car, stock, sign on bonus, etc. Not posting to brag, just want my friends that are still here to stop drinking the freaking koolaid. It’s time to look and find something better! It does exist out there.
