Its been an awful 4 years with DSI. Ever since I started, it just keeps getting worse. My DM said hang in there, it will get better, FALSE.

Managers shove so much BS up our asses that we all need a colonoscopy!

The amount of lies upper management has executed has shaped DSI like an AMway pyramid scheme.

DSI has an unusually disproportionate payout structure, with an immense amount handed off to "top of the food chain exec's". The same execs' that KK works hand in hand with to restructure and scheme countless of hard working DSI sales reps commissions.

Our commission payout is like a joke for a specialty company. At the end of every quarter there is some surprise for why DSI doesn't have my commission according to my sales. It a straight out BLATANT LIE!!!.

Even the folks at ENRON did a better job at paying their reps, and they were CROOKS!!! (talk about ethics!)

This pyramid of a scheme won't go on for long. People are voluntarily leaving this dump for a reason.

If I have not convinced you to leave yet, just wait until they take away your company car and just leave you with a car reimbursement account. Its coming guys, don't say I didn't warn you.

And when it does come, I wont feel sorry for you.

    Handing in my resignation Monday,

    Sincerely,
    Your Aware Rep

i think it is hilarious you thought DSI was an oncology company. Or even lesser than that a “specialty” company. They specialize in hiring scum bag VPs that use the sales force as a whore house. They specialize in hiring a president that ripped all over the products he inherited and then proceeded to purchase opioids. That business failed. Great job can. DSI is a joke. And if you think for a second you can sell that sac of shti on your resume as oncology than you are a larger fool than Ken

Who gives a shit. Layoffs are coming. See your two big writers go home. Collect your paychecks while you can. Those of you who think everything is too harsh, grow the fuck up.

Snowflake mentality. This is the real world. CG taught me it’s dog eat dog. The big dogs usually win. 30 year careers are rare with one company. The future is technology. The door to door sales model is done. Even used car salesman do most of their business on the internet.

If any of us lasts another 5 yrs, maybe 10, it will be a miracle. We’re obsolete and provide little value to physicians regardless what you sell and your specialty product.....all the same. Kidding yourself is futile. Our days are numbered.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year, January 8 is upon us.

DSI has always been too stupid and clueless on hospital influence with sales.
The idiots they have in management have their heads so far up their collective asses its pathetic.

Incompetent and clueless ass-kissing robots all around.
Hospital reps were used as servants for managers doing busy work and running errands.
I know one manager who had his reps pick up his laundry! It was called “ grooming” for advancement. Hahahahaha!
DSI is running out of companies to partner with. It’s only a matter of time for its demise.

There are some truths in this post , however stand back and just look back over the last couple of years .... DSI brought IV iron in house ... partnered with MB manufacturer DURING an opioid crisis and kept a sales force on movantik. Why?? That’s the question and once you can answer that you will know what is coming next

It's obvious that the KK played all of us. It's been done before and will happen again.

They will soon announce layoffs, they know exactly how many, this time not so many, then they wait. They wait for us rats to jump off the ship. Management will try to get the tenured highest paid to resign first. Wont be too successful, as retaliation will be drafted. HR will check through errors reps make to find ways to fire some, (eg. DM).

When we jump ship, they save bundles of cash not paying severance. That's a huge incentive for them to play this evil game.

Just realize the truth about this company, if not just for a lucid moment, before you go back to sipping your blue kool-aid. The hardest amount of work management has done this year is simply daisy chaining on emails to show that they are "involved in companies successes" when in reality its the bottom feeding reps.

KK has not played anyone . He is merely doing the job he was hired to do which is commercialize the oncology platform DSI purchased a dozen or more years ago while keeping money coming in the door until the drug(s) are approved . He is close to fulfilling his obligations and will soon turn the company over to the highest bidder . Don’t blame him if you get caught in a lay-off after this comes to pass , blame yourself

Says the subordinate bottom feeder answering a CP post 7:30 AM. Time to get to work buddy.... A real exec wakes up at 10 AM answers a couple emails with fake enthusiasm and then goes for a swim with his exec buddies on company time.

Who cares? So some will have their jobs for another year and others will move on to another Pharma company and have a job there for another year. This job isn’t a career, folks.

Pharma “sales” has been circling the drain for awhile. Access sucks so there’s no reason for 5-6 reps in an office that won’t see one. We’re high paid caterers and coffee pushers, that’s it.

Amazon will soon be delivering both for us very soon. This gig is up.

Start putting more fairy tales in your resume and on LinkedIn; clean up all the stupid shit you put on IG and Facebook to make yourself look like an intelligent adult, or you’ll be an Uber driver the rest of your life with no product.

CG is an idiot he learned about eating dogs in asia when he was in Japan with Joji Nakayama. That was their ritual for subordination and robot mouthing leadership.
