    You would think that after all these years of paying exhorbitant bonuses to these people based on existing business that was brought "in house" by hospitals/reference labs, someone one wake up. Oh yeah, I forgot, the rep "upsold" that growth.

    FYI when the work goes "in house" we don't get paid we aren't doing the work genius. we get paid on the send outs. We spend our time analyzing volumes and costs per click, not sure what business we bought when it comes to a hospital since its all client bill, you must be on the physician side where you get the business if you get the contract. Managed care.

    The phrase "in house" is referring to the hospital, or competitor lab that we service, bringing more work in from physician practices and the rep being inordinately comp'ed for no effort, moron.
